Dnipro Arena stadium in Dnipropetrovsk is the first covered football stadium in Ukraine, built using the latest modern construction technology. The stadium boasts for the first time in Ukraine a "roll-up lawn". It is mostly used as a soccer arena and hosts the home’s games of FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk. The Stadium has a capacity of 31,003 people and it replaced Dnipro’s old ground – "Stadium Meteor".

It was used for the World Cup qualifying match between Ukraine and England as the Olympic National Sports Complex in Kiev was being rebuilt ready for EURO 2012. The Dnipro Arena was chosen as a possible venue for EURO 2012, but was dropped from the list in 2009 as the capacity fell slightly short of the minimum 33,000 seats required by UEFA.

Due to the high compressive strength and its outstanding qualities, FOAMGLAS® was used to insulate the stairs and walkway areas to improve the energy efficiency of the Stadium!
