WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect Other Data about you whenever you interact with our websites and solutions. Examples of this data include the length and time of your visit, the pages you looked at on our site, the type of Internet Browser you have and the site you visited just before coming to ours. We use these data to develop ideas for improving our site, to measure site activity, to enable selected third parties to provide us with information on the companies visiting our site, and to provide you with information about our products. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to request access to your Personal Data.
Some of the non-EEA or UK countries are recognized, for example by the European Commission, as providing an adequate level of data protection. For transfers from the EEA or UK to countries not considered adequate by the appropriate authority, we have put in place appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses to protect your Personal Data.
USE OF OUR SERVICES BY CHILDREN
Owens Corning has no intention of collecting any Personal Data from individuals under 18 years of age. If your child has provided us with Personal Data and you would like to request that such information be removed, please contact us at DataPrivacy@Owenscorning.com and we will use reasonable efforts to delete this information from our files.
WHAT CHOICES YOU HAVE AS AN OWENS CORNING ACCOUNT HOLDER
If you are an account holder through tools like the Owens Corning customer or supplier portal, you may review and change the Personal Data associated with your account by logging in to your account and clicking the "Edit My Profile" link. If you would like to delete your account, please contact Owens Corning at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will use reasonable efforts to delete your information from our files and will also use reasonable efforts to instruct any third party Provider to delete your information from its files. Please note, however, that your Personal Data is the basis for your account and your election to not share it or have it collected will result in the deletion of your account. Finally, for rights you may have as a data subject in certain jurisdictions separate from the above, please read, as applicable, the Privacy Notices for California, EU and UK, or Brazil.
