Persistent water ingress problems

LMH has been battling persistent water ingress in the apartments, particularly affecting the three-storey buildings (R+3). The situation escalated, with numerous residents reporting mould growth in their living spaces. To tackle this issue effectively, the project manager was tasked with proposing a sustainable solution.

Trusted solutions with FOAMGLAS

Having over several decades of experience with FOAMGLAS for roofing, LMH recognized the need for a dependable solution. Their familiarity with FOAMGLAS coupled with the support and trust from the manufacturer, has been instrumental in developing a new system tailored to the needs of the residence. The previous use of PIR insulation across pedestrian-accessible terraces had led to saturation and exacerbated the water ingress problem.

Moving Forward

With a renewed focus on sustainable practices and proven materials, LMH aims to eradicate the mould issues and restore comfort to the residents' homes. By leveraging their long-standing relationship with FOAMGLAS, LMH is committed to implementing innovative solutions that ensure the longevity and safety of the building.
