UTBM is facing numerous and costly infiltration issues on the Pont building, caused by the accessible flat roofs supported on pedestals. Despite systematic maintenance interventions, infiltrations persist, resulting in repair costs in the teaching rooms. The construction of this flat roof follows a presentation of the Terraconfort system and reflects UTBM's intention to test a safer and more durable method before proceeding to deploy it on other roofs that need renovation.
