Zastosowania
Compact roof with rebated / profiled sheet metal covering on reinforced concrete

The metal roof with FOAMGLAS® thermal insulation meets the highest demands in terms of aesthetics and structural safety. Efficient thermal and structural protection is guaranteed for decades.

The modern mosque architecture received national attention. The many dome roofs are made of concrete and feature different radii. FOAMGLAS® insulation boards were manufactured as prefabricated segments for a precise fit and glued onto the substrate. The claw plates allow the standing seam plates to be fixed to the insulation material without thermal bridges. The plates are flexibly or regularly worked and glued into the insulation layer and, in combination with the waterproofing, form a wind-proof anchor for the fasteners (adhesives) of the standing seam sheets. The titanium zinc sheets were preformed according to the dome radii with variable seam bonding.
